The current onboarding flow creates an incomplete business profile and sends you to the dashboard to finish it. It is not a submit-and-wait application form.
Before you start
You must be signed in. The onboarding page is for an account that does not already manage a business profile; an existing owner account is sent to its dashboard.
Have accurate business contact details, location or online-business status, an Australian Business Number, legal structure, registration state, and your authorised representative details ready.
Complete Business Info
Step 1 — Enter the business name and confirm the proposed public URL. The URL must be available and use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
Step 2 — Write a description of at least 50 characters.
Step 3 — Add at least one phone number and one email address. Add a website only if the full address is valid.
Step 4 — Choose whether the business is online. A physical business must provide its location.
Step 5 — Choose the category and any relevant services.
