A public profile brings together information supplied for that business. The sections shown can differ because not every business adds the same details or content.
Profile header
The top of the profile shows the business name, category and available location information. It can also show the average rating, review count and an open or closed label.
Use Get directions to open the mapped location when that option is available.
About
The About section contains the business description. Read it together with the category and contact details to decide whether the business matches what you need.
Reviews
The Reviews section shows the total number of reviews and available ratings. You can filter reviews by star rating and change the sort order.
Get in Touch
A business can configure contact buttons such as Call Now, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Visit Website, Book or Order. Only the buttons added and enabled by that business appear.
