Each business chooses which contact options to show. Use only the labelled options that appear on the public profile.
Use a Get in Touch button
Step 1 — Open the business profile and scroll to Get in Touch.
Step 2 — Select the available option you want, such as Call Now or WhatsApp.
Step 3 — Check the phone number, account or external page before sending a message, placing an order or making a booking.
Use the contact-information section
Phone numbers open your device calling option when supported. Email addresses open your email app, and Visit Website opens the business website.
Get directions and Open in Google Maps use the location published on the profile.
Possible contact options
• Call or SMS — uses the published business phone number.
• WhatsApp — opens a WhatsApp conversation for the configured number.
• Email — opens a new message to the published address.
