The dashboard Reviews page is for owners and authorised profile managers. It summarises the public ratings and reviews for the selected business profile.
Open the Reviews page
Step 1 — Sign in to AusLanka Business.
Step 2 — Open the business dashboard.
Step 3 — If you manage more than one profile, confirm the correct business is selected.
Step 4 — Select Reviews under Analytics.
Rating Snapshot
Overall Rating shows the current average star rating. Total Reviews shows how many customer reviews are included.
A profile with no reviews shows 0.0 and No reviews yet.
Customer Reviews
Use All or a star-rating tab to filter the list. Use the sort menu to change the order, such as Newest.
The dashboard review list is read-only for the business owner. Review authors can edit or delete their own review from the public profile.
