A newly created business profile is not ready for customers straight away. AusLanka may treat an unfinished profile as draft or incomplete, while the dashboard shows its readiness and the remaining setup prompts.
What each status means
Incomplete — Required information or media is still missing. Follow the readiness and setup prompts in the business dashboard.
Published — The required setup is complete and the profile can be shown publicly. Use View Live to check what customers see.
Private — A completed profile can be removed from public search and listings from Settings. The business owner can still manage it.
Maintenance mode — The public profile is temporarily hidden and customers see the maintenance status instead.
Finish an incomplete profile
Step 1 — Sign in to AusLanka Business and open your business dashboard.
Step 2 — Open Profile and review the profile-readiness indicator and setup prompts.
Step 3 — Complete the business identity, description, location, contact details, category and services, images, opening hours, and contact buttons.
