Your category helps people understand what your business does. Services and specialties add more detail, so choose only options that customers can genuinely book or buy.
Open Category & Services
Step 1 — Sign in to AusLanka Business and open your business dashboard.
Step 2 — Open Profile.
Step 3 — Select Category & Services from the profile sections.
Choose the business category
Step 1 — Select the Business Category field and search for a suitable category.
Step 2 — Review the common categories first. Select Show more if the right option is not visible.
Step 3 — Choose the single category that most clearly represents the business’s main activity.
Do not choose a broader or more popular category just to appear in unrelated searches. An accurate category gives customers better expectations.
Add services and specialties
Step 1 — Review the Services & Specialties options for the selected category.
