The business status page shows whether AusLanka has an application record for your account and what state it is in.
Open Business Status
Go to business.auslanka.com.au/business/status while signed in. If you are not signed in, AusLanka sends you to login first.
No Application Found
This means AusLanka could not find a business application for your account. Use Start Application to begin business onboarding.
Pending
Pending means the application is under review. The page explains that AusLanka may review business information, ask for more details, and notify you once review is complete.
Approved
Approved means the business has been verified for dashboard access. Use Go to Dashboard to continue managing the business area.
Rejected
Rejected means the application was not approved at that time. The page directs you to contact support if you have questions or want more information.
