Deleting a business profile is permanent. Use this only when you are sure the profile and connected data should be removed.
What Gets Deleted
The Settings page states that deletion removes the business profile, dashboard content, reviews, analytics, saved entries, ownership claims, stored media, and related database records.
Before You Delete
Consider switching the profile to Private or Maintenance mode first if you only need to hide it temporarily. Deletion cannot be undone from the dashboard.
Delete The Profile
Open Settings, then choose Danger Zone. Select Delete Business Profile.
Read the warning, tick the acknowledgement checkbox, and type the exact business name to confirm. The delete button stays disabled until both confirmations are complete.
After Deletion
If deletion succeeds, AusLanka returns you to the business profiles page. A confirmation email is attempted; if it cannot be sent, the profile may still be deleted.
Important: do not delete a profile just to make a temporary edit or pause public visibility. Use Settings instead.
