Write, edit, and delete reviews

You can leave a review on a business page after you sign in.

You need to be signed in

If you are not signed in, the review form will ask you to log in first.

Review rules

• you must choose a star rating
• review text is optional
• if you write review text, it must be at least 10 characters long
• you can leave only one review for each business

How to write a review

1. 1Open the business page.
2. 2Choose a star rating.
3. 3Add your comments if you want to share more detail.
4. 4Submit the review.

How to edit your review

If you already left a review, you can come back and change your own rating or comments later.

How to delete your review

You can also remove your own review if you no longer want it shown.

When a review is removed, the overall rating for the business updates to match the reviews that are still there.

What business owners can see

Business owners can read and sort reviews for their listing, but they cannot reply to reviews or change a customer's review.
