How to create and verify your business listing
AusLanka gives you two ways to start a business listing:
Both options create your listing straight away so you can keep working on it.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- your business name
- your business category
- your ABN
- at least one phone number
- at least one email address
- a clear business description
- your address, if the business is not online-only
Option 1: Business onboarding
This is the guided setup path.
It asks for:
- your business details
- your legal details
- your personal details as the owner or person managing the listing
After you submit it, your listing is created and you move into the dashboard to finish the rest.
Option 2: Create profile
This option lets you add more details at the start, such as photos, opening hours, and extra sections for your page.
After you submit it, your listing is created and you continue in the dashboard.
What happens after the listing is created
Your page may still need a few finishing steps before customers can see it.
That can include:
- adding a logo
- adding photos
- adding opening hours
- choosing a price range
- adding action buttons
- saving the social links step
When your listing goes live
Your listing becomes visible to customers after those setup steps are finished.
Once that happens, you can move on to the rest of the business tools more easily.
Limits to keep in mind
- one account can have up to 3 active business profiles
- the page link for each business must be unique
- ABN, phone number, and email are required
Which option should you choose?
- Choose Business onboarding if you want a guided step-by-step setup.
- Choose Create profile if you want to add more details at the start.
Next step
After your listing is created, open Complete your business profile and go live.
