If you use an AusLanka email-and-password account, select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. AusLanka sends a reset link to the email address you enter.
If you created your account with Google and have not added a password, use Continue with Google instead.
Request the reset link
Step 1 — Open Sign in.
Step 2 — Select Forgot your password?
Step 3 — Enter your email address.
Step 4 — Select Send Reset Link.
Step 5 — Wait for the Check your email confirmation.
For privacy, the confirmation may look the same even when an email address does not belong to an email-and-password account.
Choose a new password
Step 1 — Open the password-reset email from AusLanka.
Step 2 — Select the reset link.
Step 3 — On Reset Your Password, enter a new password.
Step 4 — Enter it again in Confirm Password.
Step 5 — Select Reset Password.
