Your listing is created straight away, and then you finish the remaining setup steps. Once those are done, your page goes live for customers.

Yes. You need a verified account email, the correct ABN, and access to a business email that matches the listing or business website.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can schedule posts up to 14 days ahead. A scheduled post may appear a little after the time you choose.

Can business owners reply to reviews?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Owners can view, sort, and filter reviews in the dashboard, while customers can edit or delete only their own reviews.
